A full-scale MIDI-controlled piano mechanism using 88 individually controlled solenoids.

I designed and built an automated system that plays all 88 piano keys using Arduino-controlled 12-volt solenoids. The control circuit uses 11 daisy-chained shift registers, MOSFETs, and protective diodes, while the software converts MIDI files into precisely timed key commands.
